Posted 6/02/22 – Bird Sculpture Workshop at the RBSA on 17 February from 11am – 2pm by Petra – please contact Petra at petra@wilberworld.com if you would like to attend. The fee is £45 p.p.
In this workshop you will be able to make one or more birds sculpted in clay. It should be fun and is suitable for adults and older children alike. After the workshop Petra will take the birds home to fire them in her kiln. After the firing they can be collected from the gallery or from her home.
Petra will explain several ways to finish the bird sculptures and bring examples of these techniques, also reference pictures of birds. Petra will provide the clay and all the tools and the cost of firing is also included. This is a fundraising workshop where all the proceeds made will be donated to the RBSA building fund.
